By accessing or using the Replay app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Replay is an AI-powered content saving and organization app that allows users to save Instagram reels and posts by sharing them to our bot account (@replayapphq) via Instagram Direct Message. The app organizes saved content using artificial intelligence and provides semantic search capabilities.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Replay. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. You must also have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account to use the Instagram integration features.

Replay operates in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Your use of Instagram features through Replay is also subject to Instagram's Terms of Use. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
You retain ownership of any content you save through Replay. By saving content, you confirm you have the right to save and access that content. Replay does not claim ownership of your saved content.
We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Replay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Replay and request deletion of your data at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Replay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
